  • Qamivra reserves the right to update product information, pricing, promotions, inventory, shipping policies, and service terms at any time.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to technical errors, system errors, inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, or inaccurate product information.
  • Orders may also be canceled if an item becomes out of stock.
  • If an order is canceled, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

2. Product Information

  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or photography.
  • Product availability is determined at the time the order is placed.
  • If an item becomes unavailable, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.

3. Orders

  • Orders are processed once payment has been successfully completed.
  • An order confirmation will be sent via email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order involving suspicious activity, incorrect information, incomplete addresses, unsuccessful payments, out-of-stock products, or system errors.
  • Customers will be notified of any cancellation by email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • The prices displayed during checkout are the final applicable prices.
  • Payments are securely processed through trusted payment providers.
  • Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods supported by Shopify.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • Orders will not be processed if payment authorization is declined by the bank or payment provider.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing or technical errors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are prepared after payment has been confirmed.
  • Standard processing time is 3–4 business days.
  • Delivery is generally completed within 7 business days, depending on the shipping destination and carrier operations.
  • Delivery times may be extended due to public holidays, peak sales periods, severe weather, incomplete shipping information, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Customers are responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and shipping information.
  • Monitor the status of their order.
  • Be available to receive the delivery or authorize someone to accept it.
  • Inspect the package upon delivery.
  • Report any visible shipping damage to the carrier immediately.
  • Use this website only for lawful purposes.

The HuggyGuard name, logo, product descriptions, images, designs, text, graphics, and all website content are the intellectual property of HuggyGuard or their respective owners.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

We make every reasonable effort to process and deliver orders securely and on time. However, HuggyGuard shall not be liable for delays or damages resulting from:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Payment issues caused by banks or payment providers
  • Internet, technical, or system failures
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • War, strikes, pandemics, fires, operational disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control
